About Me
My name is Neil Brooks. I am a freelance web designer working in Ipswich and surrounding areas.
I gained a Level 3 Web Design diploma at distinction level in 2008. I currently offer work on HTML/XHTML and CSS coded sites that are at the W3C standards. You can see previous work undertaken by using the portfolio button above.
Being local to Ipswich, I am able to meet with you on a personal basis, as well as email and phone, to discuss any requirements you need from your site - whether this is personal or business.

I fully understand that not everyone has the time or knowledge to maintain their sites with up to date information once a site has been created. Therefore I can offer a maintenance package tailored to you requirements, where it be daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.
